“Feel completely secure in your own home!”

Whatever the emergency, you’re not alone, because you can be in contact 24 hours a day and night, no matter where you are in your house.

It can be a real worry for someone vulnerable being on their own. Peace of mind can be yours, when with a simple press of a button, help can be on hand.

You can wear the special panic button, which means you can let an expert know what the problem is straight away. Even if you can’t speak, someone will be out to help you.

Your Wearable Easy Press Life Line

Stay connected to immediate help.

Wear as a pendant or on your wrist

Suitable for people with limited dexterity

10 Year parts and labour guarantee up

When you realise the value of the LifeLine Pendant, you may be interested in other products such as: monitored smoke detectors, monitored gas detectors, temperature extremes sensors, bogus caller buttons and many more.

As you can imagine many older people or people living alone, or those with illnesses feel vulnerable especially at night. It is difficult to put a price on peace of mind or reassurance. Emergency Response provides the social monitored alarm also known as the Lifeline unit with pendant. The Lifeline unit assists those who wish to continue to live independently whilst also providing assurance for their family members and carers.

Telecare products and Lifeline units conform to European legislation for Telecare Alarms with the industry body Telecare Services Association. In addition to providing the Lifeline unit, Emergency Response also provides other monitored products which are programmed to the Lifeline unit. These include monitored smoke detectors, monitored gas detectors, temperature extremes sensors, bogus caller buttons and many more

How does the pendant alarm work?

Worn around the neck on a cord or on a wrist strap, the pendant is programmed into the Lifeline unit. The Lifeline unit has a built in audible speaker and operates when plugged into an electrical socket and telephone line. When a client presses their pendant for help they can then speak to the monitoring centre operator and let them know the situation.

In the event that a client is unable to hear the monitoring centre operator e.g. he/she is in the garden or in another room, the operator will automatically contact one of the emergency contacts given from the client and alert them to check up on the client as a matter of urgency. Operators are fully trained and will remain calm and keep talking to the client until help arrives.

Emergency Response offers an Easy Press Adaptor which comprises of a plastic cover worn over the pendant. It is suitable for people with limited dexterity e.g. if they have MS or arthritis whereby they can simply hit the pendant with their wrist etc.

IF you are interested in these products to help your elderly Mum or Dad, or yourself, you can contact a home care company and they will be able to help you.
